Mailbox
In an effort to maintain a cohesive and well-maintained appearance throughout the neighborhood, the Board has approved a new standardized mailbox design that will be the preferred option moving forward.

Residents are strongly encouraged to adopt the approved design to support community consistency and curb appeal. However, if this option is not suitable for your household, you may propose an alternative mailbox. To do so, you must submit the specifications and design of your preferred mailbox to the Board for review and receive written approval prior to installation.
In addition, all residents are expected to maintain their mailboxes in good condition. This includes:
- Ensuring the mailbox is upright and secure
- Repainting or replacing faded, rusted, or damaged components
- Keeping the surrounding area clear and free of debris
Mailbox inspections may be conducted periodically, and properties found with mailboxes in disrepair will be notified and required to address the issue within a reasonable time frame.
